- preparing a sustainable community plan in addition to the Official Community Plan;
- structured policy around higher density living; and
- recent implementation of universal water metering.
DISTRICT OF CHETWYND
Notable highlights of their nomination include:
- built a skateboard park;
- funded a mountain bike club for trail development;
- planning for a recreation centre expansion;
- constructing an energy efficient airport terminal; and
- recent implementation of universal water metering.
